Sourcing has proven to be an effective part of that equation, allowing enterprises to tap into the benefits of labor arbitrage and process efficiency. Today, sourcing buyers have set their sights on new priorities: innovative solutions that solve industry-specific issues. This requires IT services providers to think differently about their own business models and identify new ways of supporting their customers for the digital age.
