Michael P. Connors
Mr. Connors is Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of ISG, a leading global technology research and advisory services firm. Mr. Connors is responsible for the global strategy and operations of ISG and is an expert in helping clients achieve operational excellence in their organizations.
Prior to ISG, he served as Chairman & CEO of the Media Measurement & Information (MMI) group of VNU, now The Nielsen Company, a leading global information and media company.
In 2001, he led the formation of the MMI group, comprised of VNU’s media information, entertainment, software and Internet businesses, including Nielsen Media Research, NetRatings and Nielsen Entertainment. He also served as Chairman of VNU World Directories business, a leading Yellow Pages Directories company operating in seven countries. Before joining VNU, Mr. Connors was Vice Chairman of ACNielsen Corporation, the world leader in marketing information services, where he helped lead the turnaround of ACNielsen into a profitable company.
During his leadership, ACNielsen’s equity value grew from $893 million, its market capitalization immediately following its spin-off from the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation in November, 1996, to $2.3 billion, its sales price to VNU in February, 2001. Mr. Connors also led the integration of ACNielsen into VNU after the acquisition. Earlier, Mr. Connors was Senior Vice President with The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, which owned such companies as Moody’s Investors Service, Reuben H. Donnelley, IMS Health, ACNielsen, Nielsen Media Research, D&B Credit Services and a majority stake in Gartner Group. He played a leading role in D&B’s break-up into three separate publicly traded companies in 1996.
Mr. Connors is a director of both Eastman Chemical and Chubb Ltd. He has appeared on CNBC Power Lunch, CNBC Fast Money and is quoted in the New York Times and other leading publications on media, information services and the Special Purpose Acquisition Company investment vehicle.
Humberto P. Alfonso
Bert Alfonso is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, responsible for all areas of Finance, Investor Relations, M&A and Legal Affairs. Mr. Alfonso is a global senior executive with over 30 years of operating and finance experience with such distinguished companies as Hershey, Cadbury Schweppes and Pfizer. He spent 10 years with The Hershey Company in executive roles, including chief financial officer and president of Hershey International. Prior to Hershey, he was executive vice president and CFO of Cadbury Schweppes Americas beverages and vice president and CFO of the Adams Division of Pfizer. Mr. Alfonso most recently was the CEO of Yowie Group, a global brand licensing company specializing in the development of consumer products and listed on the Australian Securities Exchange. Mr. Alfonso holds an MBA degree in marketing and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Rutgers University. He is a certified public accountant and serves on the Board of Directors of the NYSE-listed Eastman Chemical Company and is chairman of the Board’s audit committee.
Lois Coatney
As Partner and President, Americas Markets, Lois is responsible for driving sales growth in the Americas, working across Industries and Markets. In addition, Lois is the IEB executive responsible for global sales management, reporting on new client acquisition, client retention, sales pipeline and other areas that provides one global view of our sales activity. Lois has worked in the technology industry for over 30 years as a Delivery Executive, Product Owner, Business Unit Executive and Sales Executive, and has served clients across the globe, including India, Australia, Europe, and North America.

In addition, Paul leads the firm’s entire Client Experience, including digital and product marketing, partnerships and alliances, sales enablement and corporate communications. He was previously CMO and Americas Head for Mindtree during the six-year span in which Mindtree, a fast-growing technology services company, expanded from $400 million to $1 billion in revenue. Prior to Mindtree, Paul held executive positions with Infosys, HP and Dell. Paul earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Brandeis University and a master’s degree in business administration from The Wharton School. He serves as the co-chairman of The Gastric Cancer Foundation.

Steve Hall is responsible for the firm’s Europe, Middle East & Africa region, as well as its global Digital Advisory Services business. During his time with ISG, Mr. Hall has led some of the company’s largest and most complex engagements with clients as diverse as United Airlines, Symantec, BP, World Bank, CEMEX and Motorola. He is a seasoned professional who brings considerable experience in emerging technologies to ISG clients. Prior to his position at ISG, Mr. Hall held senior roles at a number of renowned IT services companies, including Unisys and MCI. He also led large-scale eBusiness initiatives for technology solutions providers C-Bridge and CBSI and gained deep outsourcing and offshore software development experience as a delivery executive with Covansys. Mr. Hall co-authored Managing Global Development Risk: A Guide to Managing Global Software Development. He earned his degree in Computer Science from Regis University.
Thomas S. Kucinski
Tom Kucinski is responsible for the firm’s overall human resources function, with a particular focus on strategic talent management, leadership development and organizational change initiatives.
An accomplished global Human Resource leader with more than 30 years of experience in the professional services, finance and consumer products industries, Tom joined ISG in 2013 as its Global Leader – Total Rewards and HR Operations and was named to his current post in 2017. Prior to ISG, Tom held HR leadership roles at NASDAQ OMX, Nielsen and American Express, with a particular emphasis on compensation and benefits strategy and design.
An avid distance runner, Tom holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, N.J., and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Scranton, Scranton, Pa.
Todd D. Lavieri
Todd Lavieri is Vice Chairman of ISG, working closely with the executive leadership team on corporate strategy and governance matters. He also is responsible for ISG Americas – the firm’s largest region, encompassing half of ISG’s revenues – and ISG Asia Pacific. He joined ISG in July 2014.
Previously, Todd was with IBM, where he served as general manager of IBM Global Consulting and more recently as general manager, Global Business Services, IBM Canada. Before joining IBM in 2010, Todd was president and CEO of Archstone Consulting, a strategy and operations advisory firm he founded in 2003 and sold to The Hackett Group in 2009. Earlier, he was a partner at Deloitte Consulting and a member of its Global Management Committee during a distinguished 13-year career with the firm.
An expert on business transformation and cost optimization services, he has personally advised Global 1000 clients across such sectors as manufacturing, retail, life sciences, healthcare, energy and consumer products. Todd is a graduate of Trinity College, Hartford, Connecticut, and holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Mr. Roüast is Partner and President, ISG South Europe, Middle East & Africa. Lyonel was previously President - EMEA, Compass Management Consulting.
Lyonel Roüast joined Compass Management Consulting France in 1999 and is responsible for managing the fast-growing European presence of the company. Previously he held the posts of Managing Director Compass South Europe and Director of Europe.
Prior to joining Compass, Lyonel spent much of his career with IBM France where he was a Sales Manager specialising in the banking sector. In 1995 he was appointed Sales Director for the banking sector of CGI and then for the banking department with IBM Global Services.
An engineering graduate from the ESIEA, Lyonel also has a post graduate degree from IAE Paris.
Kathy Rudy
Kathy Rudy is Chief Data and Analytics Officer of ISG and a member of the ISG Executive Board. She was named to this post in January 2020. Kathy is responsible for the development of ISG data solutions and platforms to deliver new and even more valuable insights to our clients, as part of the overall ISG Platform strategy. She is working across the firm to enhance our data products, develop data-driven consulting assets, and increase our go-to-market effectiveness. Throughout her 20 years with the firm, Kathy has supported hundreds of client organizations as they leverage data to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness in their IT operations, build measurement programs and support critical sourcing decisions. She was responsible for the development of ISG Inform™, the firm’s next-generation data-as-a-service platform solution, launched in 2019. Before joining ISG in 2000, Kathy, a graduate of Michigan State University, was part of the Unisys team that managed the transition from internally delivered IT services to an outsourced environment for the City of Chicago.

Chip Wagner serves as Chief Executive Officer of ISG Automation, the fast-growing robotic process automation (RPA) division of ISG. ISG Automation helps clients navigate the myriad challenges, risks and opportunities of automation – from selecting the right automation software partner to building a bot workforce to leveraging the technology to transform and improve business outcomes. Chip joined ISG in 2016 through the acquisition of Alsbridge, where he was CEO. Most recently, he was president of ISG Americas Industries. Chip has more than 30 years of technology experience and is a recognized industry expert in the nascent field of RPA and a regular speaker on the impact of innovative and disruptive technologies. In addition, Chip has deep knowledge in business transformation, contract negotiations and telecommunications and has been directly involved in more than $15 billion in sourcing transactions.
