Gaurav has more than 2 decades of experience focused on complex, transformational change across key industries, including Manufacturing, CPG, Energy, Utilities and Lifesciences and has held leading positions driving the change agenda. His experience in establishing business transformation tenets early stage, allow him to envision and define an end state strategy which can be operationalized.

As an ISG Partner, leading the Digital Engineering advisory, towards transformation programs which increasingly are assuming the shape of “Engineering led Digital transformation”, he will focus on building on the strong enterprise advisory & sourcing platform that ISG has and extend it towards the business-driven priorities. Gaurav and his team support both our Industry/Verticals and regions towards our direct-to-client models, including onshore and offshore resources.

As an advisor at ISG’s Smart Manufacturing practice, Vishnu helps enterprises to drive “full-stack” IoT transformation, bridging IT and OT worlds and covering business, technology and ecosystem aspects. This includes custom market research, collaborative solution shaping & service design, ecosystem development and designing new “operating model” for the software-driven world.

Prashant works with enterprises to shape their operating models for a digital journey and brings 20 years of expertise in all aspects of applications and platforms, from designing transformations through the whole sourcing lifecycle. Prashant’s experience spans a range of industries, including Financial Services, Telecom and Media, Automotive and Utilities, and a range of geographies, including Europe, the Americas and India. Recently, he helped a Fortune 100 automotive giant consolidate its next-generation sourcing for applications, executing digital transformations right up to application management. He has also structured and run a digital transformation strategy and multi-project execution for a large logistics firm in the Nordics and set up a captive offshoring unit for agile product development in India for one of the world’s largest publicly-listed European entertainment companies.

Ola is an IT transformational thought leader with over 25 years of leadership experience within various industries helping enterprises make transformation change. She is a seasoned professional with expertise in emerging delivery models that contemplate the rapidly changing technology landscape. She has advised corporations in the opportunities related to emerging technologies, and is fluent in Enterprise Agility, DevOps, cloud, and automation.

Mr. Lewis is a Partner responsible for the ISG Manufacturing and Automotive Practice. Mr. Lewis brings over 30 years of experience in the Information Technology industry.
Mr. Lewis’ primary responsibilities include: leading ISG’s go to market strategy for the Manufacturing Industry, managing relationships and project oversight with strategic clients, working with clients in defining outsourcing strategies, performing operational and financial assessments, leading large-scale Information Technology and Business Process engagements, developing governance models and managing transitions.

Christian Decker is Partner at ISG, leading the Smart Manufacturing vertical in EMEA. He has sound technical and business skills to offer, bringing to ISG client projects a wealth of professional. He has gained his experience over a period of more than 17 years as an IT Product Manager, Service Manager, Team Manager and Management Consultant. His expertise encompasses Portfolio-Management, IT Sourcing Strategy, IT Infrastructure Outsourcing, Service Design and Product-Management, Transition Management as well as IT Service and Cost controlling, P&L responsibility and Benchmarking.

John has 35+ years of providing global enterprises with practical, yet strategic vision to drive meaningful change through complex programs, that extend business value through the effective use of today’s exploding Digital capabilities. John is a senior leader for many multinational enterprises in Capital Goods manufacturing. John leads the North American Industrial Manufacturing segment for ISG and is regarded as a global thought leader, regularly advising on emerging technologies and operating model changes to drive innovation.

Christie Apodaca brings over 12 years of experience in Information Technology, lean manufacturing, and business development, with a passion for driving high value outcomes through data.  Mrs. Apodaca’s specializes in areas include enterprise data management, data governance, artificial intelligence, business intelligence and analytics with a skillset that includes business process re-engineering, Lean Six Sigma, and financial modeling.  Her diverse industry portfolio includes the healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, utilities, retail and public sector.

Matteo joins ISG from CNH (Case New Holland) where he held multiple roles from heading their Office of the CIO function, as well as functioning as the IT Business Liaison for their product development and engineering functions. He also led multiple transformation programs for CNH, including the modernization of their Finance and HR platforms as well as many other bespoke business and engineering platforms. Prior to CNH, Matteo also gained valuable management consulting experience at E&Y, IBM and Booz Allen Hamilton.
