Mr. Lewis is a Partner responsible for the ISG Manufacturing and Automotive Practice. Mr. Lewis brings over 30 years of experience in the Information Technology industry.
Mr. Lewis’ primary responsibilities include: leading ISG’s go to market strategy for the Manufacturing Industry, managing relationships and project oversight with strategic clients, working with clients in defining outsourcing strategies, performing operational and financial assessments, leading large-scale Information Technology and Business Process engagements, developing governance models and managing transitions.

Christian Decker is Partner at ISG, leading the Smart Manufacturing vertical in EMEA. He has sound technical and business skills to offer, bringing to ISG client projects a wealth of professional. He has gained his experience over a period of more than 17 years as an IT Product Manager, Service Manager, Team Manager and Management Consultant. His expertise encompasses Portfolio-Management, IT Sourcing Strategy, IT Infrastructure Outsourcing, Service Design and Product-Management, Transition Management as well as IT Service and Cost controlling, P&L responsibility and Benchmarking.

Andreas Fahr is ISG partner and manages clients in the automotive industry for several years in the DACH region. He has a long-lasting experience in leading IT transformations. He helps clients to define their strategy, apply methods and best-practices and implement the future mode of operation. Andreas manages IT optimization projects based on market knowledge and industry data and is expert for sourcing strategy and initiatives. This includes the transaction, transition and contract management phases. Andreas supports clients in defining and implementing an end-to-end IT governance model to steer the IT and provide value to the business.

Gaurav has more than 2 decades of experience focused on complex, transformational change across key industries, including Manufacturing, CPG, Energy, Utilities and Lifesciences and has held leading positions driving the change agenda. His experience in establishing business transformation tenets early stage, allow him to envision and define an end state strategy which can be operationalized.

As an ISG Partner, leading the Digital Engineering advisory, towards transformation programs which increasingly are assuming the shape of “Engineering led Digital transformation”, he will focus on building on the strong enterprise advisory & sourcing platform that ISG has and extend it towards the business-driven priorities. Gaurav and his team support both our Industry/Verticals and regions towards our direct-to-client models, including onshore and offshore resources.

Mr. Chang brings 30 years of experience in the Information Technology and Business Advisory services industries.  Richard has both client and market facing roles and is an expert across the entire lifecycle of business transformation leveraging digital solutions.  He develops and leads client relationships and focuses on business strategy development and execution.  He is a market influencer bridging client and service provider communities.  Richard’s clients include some of the largest food and beverage, print and digital media, medical devices, automotive and after-market parts, and high-tech electronics manufactures and distributors.  He earned a BSBA degree in Computer Information Systems from Colorado State University, and a Global Executive MBA from the University of Southern California and Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

John has 35+ years of providing global enterprises with practical, yet strategic vision to drive meaningful change through complex programs, that extend business value through the effective use of today’s exploding Digital capabilities. John is a senior leader for many multinational enterprises in Capital Goods manufacturing. John leads the North American Industrial Manufacturing segment for ISG and is regarded as a global thought leader, regularly advising on emerging technologies and operating model changes to drive innovation.

As a Director at ISG, Greg leads ISG’s Aerospace and Defense sector within Manufacturing and draws upon decades of experience in managing global outsourcing engagements, large-scale contract negotiations, service delivery, and customer relationships.  Greg is responsible for leading ISG’s go to market strategies for Aerospace and Defense, ensuring successful engagement delivery, working with clients in defining outsourcing strategies, performing operational and financial assessments, leading large-scale Information Technology engagements, developing governance models and managing transitions.

As an advisor at ISG’s Smart Manufacturing practice, Vishnu helps enterprises to drive “full-stack” IoT transformation, bridging IT and OT worlds and covering business, technology and ecosystem aspects. This includes custom market research, collaborative solution shaping & service design, ecosystem development and designing new “operating model” for the software-driven world.

Philipp Glatz is a Account Director in ISG Digital Strategy and Solutions.

Mathias Schenk, an ISG director, leads the company’s organizational-change-management practice in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH region). He has almost two decades of professional consulting experience and focuses on IT organizational transformation and implementation of agile operating models. He brings in-depth OCM expertise in designing and deploying change-management programs that seamlessly integrate into clients’ transformation programs. He has a proven track record in the evaluation, design and transformation of complex and international business and IT organizations and has worked with many industries, including technology, automotive and logistics. He holds degrees in industrial engineering and business administration from Germany’s University of Karlsruhe and a degree in economics from Canada’s Brock University. He is ITIL v3- and v4-certified in IT service management.
