A manufacturer of industrial and household products asked ISG to analyze the cost situation of the end-user computing area, not only to look for ways to save money but also to find potential areas of improvement in the internally delivered end-user computing services.
Imagining IT Differently
ISG conducted a cost benchmark and delivered Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for mobile devices, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, email, service desk and VoIP. ISG assessed the client’s current workplace strategy and provided a list of 10 recommendations that the client followed and benefited from in the ensuing months.
