ISG set up a Project Management Office to coordinate the review of more than 25 business-affiliate marketing communications that did not meet requirements for providing, capturing and managing consumer opt-outs as required by government regulatory agencies. The PMO then worked with the company’s privacy department to on-board these affiliates with the privacy compliance outsourcing partner to make sure these communications became turnkey corporate processes.
