Our parent company Information Services Group (ISG) today announced the acquisition of STA Consulting, a premier independent information technology advisor serving the public sector. STA Consulting advises clients on information technology strategic planning and the acquisition and implementation of new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and other enterprise administrative and management systems.
The STA Consulting acquisition expands our presence in the public sector and follows ISG’s acquisition last month of Compass. We have worked with STA Consulting in the past on successful engagements for Georgia and Texas and foresee vast growth opportunities for all ISG companies.
The combination of TPI, Compass and STA Consulting significantly expands our ability to deliver data, products and advisory services that can be provided to both the public and commercial sectors. We are especially excited about the opportunity to offer clients ERP and PMO expertise and capabilities we haven’t had in the past.
We are excited to welcome STA Consulting to the ISG family and look forward to serving clients and the sourcing industry together.
