Florian heads the Cognitive and Analytics team in EMEA and supports clients in various industries on retrieving measurable business value from data-driven insights and adopting analytics and AI capabilities at enterprise scale. In doing so, Florian supports his clients with defining the targeted value add for becoming data driven as well as the industrialization by implementing organizational and technological structures in the company. In his role as solution lead and thought leader, Florian takes a value-centered approach towards data-driven transformations by ensuring that client challenges and defined solutions are always in line with the pre-defined business value.
