Heather Scott is a Consulting Manager in the Intelligent Automation practice. She is a highly accomplished, business-driven professional with more than 20 years of experience collaborating to exceed customer expectations across diverse industries and geographies. As a Consulting Manager, Heather helps clients on their automation journey by providing automation support on various levels. She has led and supported training, documentation (definition and design), and development efforts across various robotic process automation platforms including Blueprism, Automation Anywhere and UiPath. She routinely provides project management oversight and assists with process assessments to help identify ideal automation candidates. Using her experience with the full lifecycle of implementation initiatives, she has delivered innovative automation solutions in the manufacturing, data management, pharmaceutical, and financial services spaces, to name a few.
