Dr. Lauren Herbert is a cognitive psychologist working at ISG as a Principal Research Consultant. Lauren began her ISG career when CCI Consulting, a leading provider of customer experience research into business-to-business (B2B) relationships, was acquired in April 2014. Lauren has run a number of programs assessing the User Experience (UEi) and health of Business and Vendor Relationships (BRm/VRm) between users of technology, technology groups and external vendors. She has conducted in excess of 100 interviews. She has also worked on a number of bespoke customer satisfaction and programs for clients in manufacturing, resources and the financial sectors.
