Mathias Schenk, an ISG director, leads the company’s organizational-change-management practice in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH region). He has almost two decades of professional consulting experience and focuses on IT organizational transformation and implementation of agile operating models. He brings in-depth OCM expertise in designing and deploying change-management programs that seamlessly integrate into clients’ transformation programs. He has a proven track record in the evaluation, design and transformation of complex and international business and IT organizations and has worked with many industries, including technology, automotive and logistics. He holds degrees in industrial engineering and business administration from Germany’s University of Karlsruhe and a degree in economics from Canada’s Brock University. He is ITIL v3- and v4-certified in IT service management.
