Mike Nemecek has been with ISG for 10 years and is currently a Senior Director within the Network Services Group responsible for the consultant teams that deliver and execute client objectives for our procurement and negotiation engagements. In this role, Mike is not only responsible for the Consultant and Managing Consultant teams but also responsible for project oversight, key messaging and escalations, strategy architecture and roadmap as well as business development. Mike’s expertise includes consulting – telecom strategy; business alignment; standards and procedures; portfolio assessment; program/project management, and delivery Management – wireline, wireless and cable infrastructure services; risk and quality; onshore and offshore delivery.
