Amar is involved in providing research services around RPA to the enterprise clients. His focus is to empower enterprises at various phases on their automation journey with ISG research insights to help develop clear strategies to accomplish best-in-class business results from their automation investments. Additionally, he is the lead analyst for global report and provider briefing notes in the areas of Finance & Accounting Outsourcing and Contact Centers.

At ISG, Manoj is primarily responsible for research projects and working on the ISG Provider Lens™ (IPL) program. He actively contributes in gathering service provider intelligence through both primary and secondary research. He is responsible for writing thought leadership reports and papers on briefings provided by the service providers. In addition to these, Manoj also writes blogs on trending topics, specifically in the hyperscalers, Autonomous IT operation and Cutting-Edge IT technology.

At ISG, Shashank Rajmane is the Lead Analyst for Public Cloud Transformation and Private/Hybrid Cloud & Data Center Outsourcing studies. He has been working in the technology research industry for over a decade. Shashank is responsible for authoring quadrant reports around public and private cloud services, and data center outsourcing market. He has also authored articles around the best practices in the cloud services domain and infrastructure services. Along with this Shashank helps ISG’s enterprise clients’ with their cloud strategy, service provider selection, contracts negotiation, etc. He also works with advisors and clients' requests for ad-hoc research assignments in the cloud domain, across industries, predominantly in automotive, banking and financial services, insurance, retail and energy sectors.

David spent 8 years at City Investing, a $6B NYSE company where he was appointed chief executive at 3 of its operating businesses and was previously at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Unilever, Ltd. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at Boston College where he teaches Cybersecurity Risk Management and Resiliency in the graduate program.

Karen Antons has over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, risk and operational management, and strategy development.  In addition to responsibilities as a Lead Analyst for ISG’s Provider Lens^TM project, Karen is also Senior Consultant at The Bellwether Group and previously at Gartner Consulting where she has undertaken security and risk management projects with major corporations in more than 17 industries.
